Raw Food Chef/Educator
Mandy is a graduate of the Living Light Culinary Arts Institute in California. Mandy can be seen on the television series, Extraordinary Health, a weekly health program featuring Jordan Rubin, author of The Maker's Diet, as host of The Perfect Snack. Currently, Mandy resides in Edmond, Oklahoma and offers certification courses, children classes, hands-on workshops, individual classes, and community gatherings for raw food preparation and dining. She is writing a comprehensive raw recipe book and presently has available a series of Booklet/DVDs. Chef Mandy also travels world-wide with Healthy Adventure for exhilarating health-minded vacations.

Volunteer Staff ~ A Volunteer Staff of dedicated, enthusiastic, and teachable individuals learn and share in the variety of responsibilities to execute the classes offered each year.  These positions are reserved for those who can commit to approximately eight hours each day before, after, and during the class times and throughout the length of the program session.  For inquiries, please visit the Contact page and request more information on becoming a volunteer for the 9-month scheduled programs and/or summer camps offered.
