Workshops meet each week.  Basic Juicing Classes and Mother of Raw™ Sauces and Staples are recommended and can be attended on a Sunday at least once during the year to fully understand raw food preparation and the ingredients that will be used to make recipes.

Requirements
Each participant will receive four raw recipes per class, hands-on training, dining, and online consultation.  Chef knife, paring knife, and apron are required and can be purchased during the first class.

Donations:
Eating in the Raw accepts donations.  Suggested donations are as follows:
1. $75 per class ~ Try class anytime or pick a class 1-3 times a month. See discounts below.
2. $208 per month ~ One 9 month discount of $1870.00 ($55.00 per class)
3. $240 per month ~ 9-Month discount online auto withdraw ($60.00 per class)
4. $260 per month ~ 4-week session due first class ($65.00 per class)
