This workshop is an exciting introduction into the raw world with demonstrations and tastings throughout the day. These basic scratch supplies are simple to keep on hand for fast raw food preparation. Dehydrators instead of ovens are used to keep the temperatures low to ensure enzymes remain alive. High speed blenders and food processors are used to minimally process. Discover the pure natural way of creating organic, healthy, life-enhancing supplies for your family.
